Description of the Requirement:

The overarching objective of this requirement is to find efficiencies and improvements by leveraging technology and streamlining surrounding business processes, while maintaining or strengthening the department’s financial management control framework. This work is to be performed in support of Government of Canada wide efforts in improving financial stewardship and accountability.
