Description: Royal Canadian Mounted Police (RCMP) requires the services of an architectural firm, acting as prime consultant together with a multi-disciplinary team of sub-consultants for the provision of service required for this project. The architectural firm will be required to undertake the design and construction administration services needed to facilitate the implementation of new modular detachment and employee housing in Deschambault, Saskatchewan.
The period of the contract is four (4) years from date of contract award. The Consultant grants to Canada the irrevocable option to extend the term of the contract under the same conditions and by multiple option periods to align with the completion of the separate but corresponding construction contract including warranty periods.
There is a security requirement associated with the requirement.

The RCMP has adopted the Integrity Regime administered by Public Services and Procurement Canada. As a result, the integrity provisions are being applied in RCMP contracting activities as outlined in this solicitation.
