Agriculture and Agri-Food Canada's (AAFC) Research and Development Centre, in LETHBRIDGE AB, requires Janitorial Services for one (1) main building and numerous outer buildings.

BIDDERS ARE ADVISED TO REVIEW THE REQUEST FOR QUOTATION (RFQ) DOCUMENTS THOROUGHLY.

There will be a Mandatory Site Visit at the Lethbridge Research and Development Centre, 5403 – 1^st Avenue South, Lethbridge, AB. The Site Visit will be by appointment only, and will be one (1) bidder per appointment. Bidders will be allowed a maximum of three (3) individuals to attend. Anyone sick and/or experiencing symptoms of COVID-19, or that should be self-isolating (see Government of Canada’s online COVID-19 Symptom Self Assessment Tool), must not attend. Site Visits will be scheduled between August 31 and September 4, 2020. Your submission will be considered non-compliant if you or a representative from your company does not attend the site visit.

Written questions will be received by AAFC at natalie.oneill@canada.ca until 12:00 p.m., local Regina time, on Thursday, September 10, 2020. 

Emailed Submissions will be received by AAFC at natalie.oneill@canada.ca and

aafc.wscprocurement-csoapprovisionnement.aac@canada.ca until 2:00 p.m., local Regina time, Thursday, October 1, 2020. Submissions will not be considered unless all mandatory requirements and forms are submitted as per the instructions contained in the RFQ.
