Given the sensitive nature of this project, parties interested in this RFP will be required to sign a Confidentiality Agreement. The RFP and Statement of Work shall be provided only to Bidders after receipt of their signed Confidentiality Agreement. Requests for the RFP and Statement of Work will not be accepted without it.

The response submission date to this NPP in order to receive the RFP package and to be granted the full bidding period of 35 calendar days, is September 8, 2020.
Bidders requesting the RFP after that date may be eligible to receive the RFP, however, they will need to submit their proposal responses by the bid closing date identified in the original RFP sent to Bidders who responded prior to September 8, 2020.
