Agriculture and Agri-Food Canada's (AAFC) BRANDON RESEARCH & DEVELOPMENT CENTRE, in BRANDON MB, requires Janitorial Services.

BIDDERS ARE ADVISED TO REVIEW THE REQUEST FOR QUOTATION (RFQ) DOCUMENTS THOROUGHLY.

There will be a mandatory site visit at the Brandon Research and Development Centre, 2701 Grand Valley Road, Brandon, MB. The Site Visit will be by appointment only, and will be one (1) bidder per appointment. Bidders will be allowed a maximum of three (3) individuals to attend. Anyone sick and/or experiencing symptoms of COVID-19, or that should be self-isolating (see Government of Canada’s online COVID-19 Symptom Self-Assessment Tool), must not attend.

Site Visits will be scheduled between September 21 to 25, 2020. Your submission will be considered non-compliant if you or a representative from your company does not attend the site visit.

Written questions will be received by AAFC at desta.kissack@canada.ca until 12:00 p.m., local Winnipeg time, on Thursday, October 1, 2020. 

Emailed Submissions will be received by AAFC at desta.kissack@canada.ca and

aafc.wscprocurementmanitoba-csoapprovisionnementmanitoba.aac@canada.ca until 2:00 p.m., local Winnipeg time, Thursday, October 15, 2020. Submissions will not be considered unless all mandatory requirements and forms are submitted as per the instructions contained in the RFQ.
