Description of Work:
The project will support CCG’s Marine Navigation Program. CCG’s major partners and clients in the maritime sector are demanding improved access to accurate and up-to-date data, including improved security, support for data exchanges and other system enhancements. SIPA is the main data source to provide Canadian Hydrographic Services (CHS) Aids to Navigation information for official navigation charting purposes. The International Maritime Organization (IMO) is establishing new standards in order to facilitate the sharing of maritime data for navigation, referred to as S-100. This project will enable SIPA to evolve to these standards and ensure that it is nimble in order to share standardized data with a range of clients and stakeholders.
The Contractor must provide Fulltime services , one (1) resources under the following Task Based Informatics Professional Services (TBIPS) categories and levels listed below:
