Amendment 004
This amendment is raised to remove NSN 2590-99-343-4181 Electrical Control Box from the solicitation. All references to this item are to be disregarded including in the Notice of Proposal Procurement and the Request for Proposal. New versions as provided below of the Annex A Statement of Work, Annex C Pricing and Annex F Aggregate Evaluated Price of the bid are to be used in preparation of bids. This item will not be included in any contract awarded as a result of this solicitation.
Amendment 005
This amendment is raised to correct an error in Annex F.
The Department of National Defence has a requirement for Repair and Overhaul (R&O) of Heavy Logistic Vehicle Wheeled (HLVW) Starters, Alternators and Electric Control Boxes to carry out all necessary processes required to return the items to a fully serviceable condition. The work includes: disassembly, cleaning, inspection, repairs, overhaul, reassembly, painting, calibration, testing, and packaging & preservation process.
The work under this requirement will be carried out for a three (3) year period from the effective date of contract award, with an option to extend the contract for two (2) additional option periods of one (1) year under the same terms and conditions.
The work under this requirement will be completed on an “as and when requested basis” under DND 626 Task Authorization forms.
The Crown retains the rights to negotiate with suppliers on any procurement.

Debriefings
