Sealed tenders will be received by the Senior Procurement Officer, AAFC until 2:00 p.m., local Regina time, Thursday, October 29, 2020, for the Agriculture and Agri-Food Canada, Indian Head Research Farm, Indian Head, SK, Contract No. 59 – Dust Collection System. The work generally consists of the installation of a dust collection system in the Crop Services Building at the AAFC Indian Head Research Farm located at 1 Government Road, Indian Head, SK.
Non-mandatory Site Visit
There will be a non-mandatory site visit on October 20, 2020 at 10:00 AM CST. Interested bidders are to meet at the Indian Head Research Farm.
Please be advised that there will be a limit of one (1) representative per bidder attending the site visit. Bidders are requested to RSVP to the site contact, Bryan Shiplack, Facilities Officer, (306) 412-0036 or Bryan.Shiplack@canada.ca by October 19, 2020 at 12:00 PM CST. Should there be sufficient interest in site visit attendance, AAFC may assign time slots to bidders in an effort to maintain social distancing protocols.
In accordance with provincial health regulations, interested bidders must be symptom free, wear a face mask and disposable gloves and observe social distancing from others on site.
BIDS RECEIVED IN-PERSON OR BY COURIER MAY NOT BE ACCEPTED.
The only acceptable email address for responses to bid solicitations is aafc.wscprocurement-csoapprovisionnement.aac@canada.ca. Bids submitted by email directly to the Contracting Authority or to any email address other than aafc.wscprocurement-csoapprovisionnement.aac@canada.ca may not be accepted.
The maximum email file size that AAFC is capable of receiving is 15 megabytes. The Bidder is responsible for any failure attributable to the transmission or receipt of the emailed bid due to file size. Emails with links to bid documents will not be accepted. Bid documents must be sent as email attachments.
Bidders are responsible for obtaining copies of bid forms, special instructions and amendments issued prior to bid closing, and are to ensure they are addressed in the submitted bid.
