Request for Standing Offers #322 - Soft Skills Courses

The Office of the Auditor General of Canada (OAG) audits Federal Government operations and provides Parliament with independent information, advice and assurance to help hold the Government to account for its stewardship of public funds. The OAG is subject to the scrutiny of the Official Languages Commissioner and as such is committed to providing services in English and/or French in accordance with the Official Languages Act.

Within the OAG, the primary objectives of its Professional development (PD) team is to provide learning opportunities to its employees through a set curricula, which is reviewed annually. The training opportunities are given to employees to develop competencies required by their position or for their career development. The curricula include technical training and soft skills training.

The Office of the Auditor General (OAG) of Canada requires the services of a Contractor to provide facilitation services for the delivery of the soft skills courses in addition to design services when the OAG requires customization to an already existing course to fit its organizational needs.

The Contractor will provide training (content and instructor) in both official languages (French and English) to the OAG employees. The courses will provide soft skills training and will be aligned with competencies define with each stream, the OAG deems critical to its employees.
