Description of the Requirement:

Transport Canada is seeking to establish a contract for Business Consulting/Change Management Services to assist the department’s Transportation and Economic Analysis Directorate in conducting a full-scale national survey of rural and small-town intercity passenger travel patterns using telephone and web-based data collection methods. The key objectives will be to collect quantitative and qualitative information on socio-economic factors underlying mode choice, assess the propensity to travel, and identify any obstacles that may exist in public mode accessibility for rural and small-town Canadians.

One contract will be awarded.
