NOTICE OF PROPOSED PROCUREMENT (NPP)

Description:

Renovations are required within the detainment cells at the Government of Canada building located in Blairmore, Alberta. Renovations include repair and replacement of epoxy paint and caulking, replacement of combination lavatory/toilet units, replacement of polycarbonate layer within detainment windows, replacement of light fixtures, smoke detector covers, and HVAC grilles, re-adjust and repair existing detainment cell doors and frames, and other minor repairs.

The Contractor must perform and complete the Work by March 31st, 2022.

This is a first phase (Phase one) of a two-phase competition: the first phase will pre-qualify bidders based on mandatory requirements as per the attached Request for Qualifications; second phase (Phase two) will invite the qualified bidders to provide a financial bid on the project based on the specifications and drawings. The list of pre-qualified bidders resulting from Phase One will be valid for a period of 60 days upon notification of meeting the mandatory requirements or upon award of contract in Phase Two whichever comes first. 

No further Request for Qualifications will be published for this solicitation.
