The Embassy of Canada to the Kingdom of the Netherlands, hereby referred to as the “Embassy”, is soliciting proposals for commercial landscaping and grounds maintenance services at the Official Residence of Canada, hereby referred to as the “Residence” and located at Groot Haesebroekseweg 44, Wassenaar 2243 ED, the Netherlands.

The Residence building and grounds is designated as heritage property. The grounds maintenance area of the Residence represents approximately 88,000 square meters and a detailed description of the grounds area including pictures is provided in Appendices 1 to 3.

The objective of this requirement is to provide landscaping and grounds maintenance services without interruption, at the Residence and surrounding heritage grounds, as per industry standards and best practices, thus maintaining the appearance and health of the grounds.
