Renovation of the gymnasium locker room at the John H. Chapman Centre

The Canadian Space Agency intends to retain the services of a general contractor, qualified to practise and holding a Quebec permit, to provide the necessary services to carry out the project of renovating the gymnasium locker room at the John H. Chapman Centre.

Amendment 1 & 2

The new closing date is now March 9, 2021 at 2:00 p.m. EST.

In PART 1, under “Period of the Contract”, the new date for the completion of the work is now August 31, 2021. This change also applies to Appendix B “Submission Table” and all other references to a due date for the completion of the work.

Bid validity period:

Bids will remain open for acceptance for a period of not less than 60 days from the closing date of the bid solicitation. Canada reserves the right to seek an extension of the bid validity period from all responsive bidders in writing, within a minimum of 3 days before the end of the bid validity period.
