This requirement is for: Correctional Service of Canada (CSC) - Quebec Region - Health Services, is seeking the services of a firm specialized in the integrative approach based on Doctor Livesley’s model to provide professional training and supervision services (group and one-on-one) to all CSC institutions in the Quebec region, including the community.
Trade agreement: Free Trade Agreement (CFTA),), Canada free trade agreements with Chile/Colombia/Honduras/Panama, Canada-Peru Free Trade Agreement, Comprehensive and Progressive Agreement for Trans-Pacific Partnership (CPTPP).
Tendering procedures: All interested suppliers may submit a bid.

Set-aside under the Procurement Strategy for Aboriginal Business: This procurement is not subject to any set-asides for Aboriginal Suppliers.

Nature of Requirements:
The following is a summary of the statement of work for this requirement.
The CSC must provide professional training and supervision services in mental health services.
Objectives: The contractor must provide training and supervision on the integrative approach based on Doctor Livesley’s model to staff identified in all institutions and in communities in the Quebec Region.
Deliverables The contractor must provide these training and supervision services virtually online, on the Cisco Webex Team platform or other platform, based on instructions received by mental health managers, or face-to-face when authorized by CSC. The Contractor must provide these services in the official language of the participants, either French or English.
Term of Contract:
Period of the Contract: The Work is to be performed from date of award to March 31, 2022 the option to renew for one (1) additional one-year period.

The debriefing may be in writing, by telephone or in person.
