Description of the Requirement:

The Canada Revenue Agency (CRA) requires the services of an external party (Business Consultant (Senior)) to obtain support in identifying ways that can elevate Lean adoption at a national level and in developing an approach that guides the CRA towards a culture of continuous improvement

Request for Proposal (RFP) documents will be e-mailed directly, from the contracting officer, to the Qualified Supply Arrangement Holders who are being invited to bid on this requirement.

Proposed period of contract:

The proposed period of contract shall be from date of contract award to March 31, 2022.

The contract will contain one irrevocable option to extend the contract period by up to one additional year.

Estimated Level of Effort:

The estimated level of effort of the contract will be for 800 hours.
