AAFC has a requirement for a Contractor to supply professional services resources with specialized AEM Forms expertise required to support the existing GCDS until the GCDP replacement system is operational and to facilitate a smooth transition to the replacement system, including but not limited to the following:
Application maintenance activties including break/fix (i.e. bug fixes), software and database upgrades, and minor feature enhancements of the existing system to ensure an efficient delivery process.
Application enhancement activities required to enable on-boarding of additional/new G&C programs to the existing system. In addition, there may be requirements for system design and development services to support additional / major enhancements to the functionality.
Data migration activtities to plan and execute the migration of G&C program data from the legacy system to the replacement system.
