The Marine Security Operations Centre (MSOC) Capability Management Organization (CMO) requested the procurement of a maritime traffic surveillance and monitoring system. The Contractor will lease the Small Target Detection System including all required hardware and software to MSOC CMO. This system is aimed to improve the safety of navigation, as well as to enhance the global security of the maritime domain and the detection of non-emitting vessels. This will enhance MSOC’s ability to monitor and traffic coastal activities and will be for a period of two (2) years. Limited tendering reason due to exclusive rights.
