Natural Resources Canada’s Office of Energy Research and Development of NRCan’s Innovation and Energy Technology Sector (IETS) has a requirement under Task and Solutions Professional Services (TSPS) Supply arrangement for a stream 2.12 Evaluation services Consultant at the senior level. The evaluation services consultant will assess the relevance and performance (i.e., effectiveness, efficiency and economy) of the Clean Growth Program, covering the period from 2017-18 to 2020-21. It is being undertaken in response to a Treasury Board commitment to complete in order to inform future renewal and in compliance with section 42.1 of the Financial Administration Act (FAA).
