NOTICE OF PROPOSED PROCUREMENT

The Department of National Defence has a requirement for the items detailed below. 

The required annual delivery for Items 1-12 are as follows:

Item 1 through 12 GSIN: 1370,

SIGNAL, SMOKE AND ILLUMINATION (MARKER MANOVERBOARD)

Quantity: 200 per year

Unit of Issue: EA

To be delivered to CFAD Bedford and CFAD Rocky Point

Contract Year 1: requested at CFAD Bedford No Later than October 31^st, 2021 for 100 EA.

Contract Year 1: requested at CFAD Rocky Point No Later than October 31^st, 2021 for 100 EA

Contract Year 2: requested at CFAD Bedford No Later than May 31^st, 2022 for 100 EA.

Contract Year 2: requested at CFAD Rocky Point No Later than May 31^st, 2022 for 100 EA

Option Year 1: requested at CFAD Bedford No Later than May 31^st, 2023 for 100 EA.

Option Year 1: requested at CFAD Rocky Point No Later than May 31^st, 2023 for 100 EA

Option Year 2: requested at CFAD Bedford No Later than May 31^st, 2024 for 100 EA.

Option Year 2: requested at CFAD Rocky Point No Later than May 31^st, 2024 for 100 EA

Option Year 3: requested at CFAD Bedford No Later than May 31^st, 2025 for 100 EA.

The Crown retains the rights to negotiate with suppliers on any procurement.
