Description of Work:

Shared Services Canada (SSC) has the responsibility to manage telecommunications and network services on behalf of its partner departments and agencies within the federal Government of Canada (GC).

To this end, we need a proven Business Transformation Architect - Level 3 with knowledge of the telecommunications and network domain to execute and support the lifecycle processes of SSC Network Planning, Engineering and Managed Services and new SSC procurement vehicles, in cooperation with our partners, which will achieve greater efficiencies, reduce costs, and improve both security and service quality.

Scope:

The intent of this requirement is to obtain professional services to plan, coordinate and manage the activities in the Network Planning, Engineering and Managed Services (NPEMS) such as the GC Wi-Fi service, GC LAN Services and the Network Edge Modernisation (NEM) project and various procurement vehicles for example, the Network Solution Supply Chain (NSSC) and the Commercial Wi-Fi Service (CWS). The resource will assist with leading the coordination of activities related to the development of all the artifacts required to fulfill the service lifecycle phases which includes Service Strategy, Service Design, Service Blueprint, Service Transition, Service Operations, Continual Service Improvement and Service Catalogue.
