Request for Proposal (“RFP”) # 345: Performance Audit Services

This RFP is offered only to suppliers on the permanent suppliers list resulting from RFSO #256 Audit and Related Services - Stream 1 – Financial Audits, for the provision of professional services to the Office of the Auditor General of Canada (“OAG”) on an “as and when required” basis where the estimated expenditure exceeds $108,400.00 (including applicable taxes).

The Office of the Auditor General of Canada (“OAG”) requires up to three (3) Contractors to provide bilingual Performance Audit teams to perform audit work on an “as and when requested basis” as further described in Section 2 (Statement of Work) of this RFP.

The OAG conducts independent audits and studies that provide objective information, advice and assurance to Parliament, territorial legislatures, boards of Crown corporations, government and Canadians. This RFP describes the process by which a supplier, who is the person or entity submitting a proposal responding to the requirements of the RFP and having legal capacity to contract (a “Bidder”), may be selected for recommendation of contract award. The term of this contract will be for a period of one (1) years, expiring 31 December 2021, plus an irrevocable option for the OAG to extend the term for up to one (1) additional one (1) year period.
