By means of this RFP, Natural Resources Canada (NRCan) is seeking proposals from bidders for the recommissioning of the Naval School - Achille Pettigrew Building, CFB Valcartier, Québec. The scope of this EBCx includes all mechanical systems within the Naval School. The main focus of this EBCx project is on lasting energy and GHG savings and measures/control sequences that will be flexible and relevant for an expected occupancy scenario following implementation in 2023.
