Communications Antenna Removal and Installation, Various Locations in Saskatchewan

The Royal Canadian Mounted Police (RCMP) "F" Division, has a need to change out various communication antennas throughout the province of Saskatchewan. The change out will increase backhaul capabilities and provide stability to the network.

Work under this contract will involve, but is not limited to the supply of all labour, material, tools, equipment, transportation, and supervision necessary to complete the removal and installation of communication antennas at the identified locations in the province of Saskatchewan.

The Contractor must perform and complete the Work by November 5, 2021.

This is a first phase (Phase one) of a two-phase competition: the first phase will pre-qualify bidders based on mandatory requirements as per the attached Request for Qualifications; second phase (Phase two) will invite the qualified bidders to provide a financial bid on the project based on the specifications and drawings. The list of pre-qualified bidders resulting from Phase One will be valid for a period of 120 days upon notification of meeting the mandatory requirements or upon award of contract in Phase Two whichever comes first.
