DESCRIPTION OF REQUIREMENT

The contractor must provide audit opinions on the Program and Administrative Cost

Financial Statements of the AgriStability and AgriInvest Programs, by province, for the fiscal year

2020-21 and two (2) option years thereafter, where AAFC delivers the program. AAFC

delivers the AgriInvest program on behalf of all Provinces and Territories except

Quebec.

DURATION OF CONTRACT

From the date of Contract award to December 31st, 2021 with the possibility of two (2) one (1) year option periods.

EVALUATION PROCESS AND SELECTION METHODOLOGY

Basis of Selection – Highest Combined Rating of Technical Merit [60%] and Price [40%]
