Description of Requirement:

The Air Quality Research Division, Processes section will be conducting a multi-discipline, multi-platform study in 2021/2022. This study will entail the deployment of several multi-instrument platforms; mobile vehicles, transportable trailers, remote stationary sites. In order to properly support the data acquisition, new computers need to be purchased to replace older, out-of-date models, in addition to adding to our capacity. The requirement is to purchase 25 Cincoze rugged or equivalent , fanless computers which are field-capable of operating in mobile platforms, have rack-mount capacity, are compact and lightweight; ideal for this type of application. In order to provide uninterrupted data acquisition to support AQRP’s project mandate, new computers that meet the above-mentioned requirements must be field and/or aircraft-ready swappable.

Delivery Date: 30 federal government working days from contract award.

The Crown retains the right to negotiate with suppliers on any procurement.

The responsive bid with the lowest evaluated price will be recommended for award of a contract.
