By means of the RFP, Natural Resources Canada (NRCan) is seeking the services of intermediate level Business Process Consultant(s) or Change Management Consultant(s) or Needs Analysis and Research Consultant(s) with Federal Government security organization experience to: 

  1. Assess NRCan compliance with the Treasury Board Secretariat (TBS) policy instruments to enhance and enable the Chief Security Officer (CSO) to fulfill their responsibilities, and;
  2. Assess the current organizational structure of NRCan Departmental Security Organization to develop an effective and efficient structure of security services that meets the requirements outlined in the Statement of Work of the RFP. For this requirement, IT security services are not included.
