NOTICE OF PROPOSED PROCUREMENT (NPP)

Title: Exterior Renovations – Fort Chipewyan, AB

Description:

This project will take place on the RCMP compound located in Fort Chipewyan, Alberta. The project entails removing the existing wooden accessibility ramp and concrete stairs on the exterior of the building and replacing with a new metal accessibility ramp and stairs. The existing concrete apron from of the garage bay (approximately 20' x 60') is to be removed and disposed of offsite and a new monolithic concrete apron is to be installed. The existing concrete walkway and steps (approximate 3 concrete step risers and 20' total length) are to be removed, disposed of offsite and a new concrete walkway and steps are to be installed.

The Contractor must perform and complete the Work by 2021 October 31st.

This is a first phase (Phase one) of a two-phase competition: the first phase will pre-qualify bidders based on mandatory requirements as per the attached Request for Qualifications; second phase (Phase two) will invite the qualified bidders to provide a financial bid on the project based on the specifications and drawings. The list of pre-qualified bidders resulting from Phase One will be valid for a period of 60 days upon notification of meeting the mandatory requirements or upon award of contract in Phase Two whichever comes first. 

No further Request for Qualifications will be published for this solicitation.
