Description of the Requirement:
Parks Canada requires a consultant under stream 1.2 Organizational Design and Classification Consultant on an as required basis to revise, update and write executive and non-executive group work descriptions, and provide evaluation rationales in support of job classification. The work can include conducting organizational studies and related work description writing and classification (evaluation) work and preparing reports.

Applicable Trade Agreements:
The requirement is subject to the provisions of the World Trade Organization Agreement on Government Procurement (WTO-AGP), the Canada-European Union Comprehensive Economic and Trade Agreement (CETA), and the Canadian Free Trade Agreement (CFTA).

Proposed period of contract:
The period of any resulting contract will be from contract award to June 30, 2022 inclusive. Any resulting contract will include an irrevocable option to extend the resulting contract term by up to four (4) additional one (1) year periods under the same conditions.

Estimated Level of Effort:
The estimated level of effort of the contract will be for 40 days per year.
