Description of the Requirement:
Parks Canada requires a Contractor for the preparation of a third-party report that examine the agencies activities, operating model and resourcing, including revenues, and provide recommendations on the management of immediate resourcing pressures, as well as support the long-term strategic management of agency resources.

Parks Canada is seeking to modernize enterprise-wide resource management at a critical juncture. As a long-standing federal organization, Parks Canada is seeking to assess its current state in terms of its resourcing, operating model and revenues, in order to address immediate resource pressures and increase the effectiveness of its resource management over the long term. 

Level of Security Requirement:
Company Minimum Security Level Required: Secret
Resource Minimum Security Level Required: Secret

Applicable Trade Agreements:
World Trade Organization Agreement on Government Procurement (WTO-AGP), the Canada-European Union Comprehensive Economic and Trade Agreement (CETA) and the Canadian Free Trade Agreement (CFTA).

Proposed period of contract:
The proposed period of contract shall be from contract award to March 31, 2022.
