Workplace Assessment - Natural Resources Canada

This requirement is for Natural Resources Canada and is open only to those Supply Arrangement Holders under E60ZT-18TSPS who qualified under Tier 1 for the following categories: 2.3 Business Consultant and 2.6 Change Management Consultant.

By means of this RFP, Natural Resources Canada (NRCan) is seeking proposals from bidders for the services of Business Consultants and Change Management Consultant as well as the provision of a workplace analytics data collection platform.

NRCan would like to develop an inventory of how employees worked pre-pandemic and how conditions have changed post-pandemic. The information gathered will provide an appropriate and feasible re-entry plan, including accommodation solutions for NRCan. This would include developing a dashboard and an options analysis and workplace strategy framework to determine options for the eventual return to work and beyond.
