MANDATORY SITE VISIT

It is mandatory that the Bidder or a representative of the Bidder visit the work site. Arrangements have been made for a site visit to be held on June 22^nd 2021 at 10:30 AM at the London Research and Development Centre,

1391 Sandford St., London, Ontario, N5V 4T3.

Bidders will be requested to sign an attendance form in order to confirm their presence. Bidders who do not attend or send a representative will not be given an alternative appointment and their bids will be rejected as non-compliant. Any clarifications or changes to the bid solicitation resulting from the site visit will be included as an amendment to the bid solicitation.

COVID restrictions:

There will be a limit of two (2) representatives per bidder attending the site visit. Bidders are requested to RSVP to the site contact, Joe Pratt, Facilities Manager (519-719-8245), a minimum of 48 hrs in advance. Should there be sufficient interest in site visit attendance, AAFC may assign time slots to bidders in an effort to maintain social distancing protocols.

In accordance with provincial health regulations, interested bidders must be symptom free, wear a face mask and disposable gloves and observe social distancing from others while on site.
