Royal Canadian Mounted Police (RCMP) has a requirement to establish one (1) Regional Individual Standing Offer for the supply and delivery of TangoDown stubby vertical grips for delivery to the RCMP Armourer Section located at Regina, Saskatchewan. Goods are to be provided as required during the period of the Standing Offer in accordance with the requirements, terms and conditions detailed in the tender document.
The Standing Offer period will be for five years from the date of issuance of the Standing Offer.
One Standing Offer will be issued as a result of this RFSO
The following limited tendering provisions apply:
Canadian Free Trade Agreement (CFTA) Article 513 1.(b)(v) – Limited Tendering: (b) if the goods or services can be supplied only by a particular supplier and no reasonable alternative or substitute goods or services exist for any of the following reason: (v) to ensure compatibility with existing goods, or to maintain specialized goods that must be maintained by the manufacturer of those goods or its representative.
