MANDATORY SITE VISIT

It is mandatory that the Bidder or a representative of the Bidder visit the work

site. Bidders who do not attend or send a representative will not be given

an alternative appointment and their bids will be rejected as non-compliant.

A site visit can be scheduled on any day between Tuesday August 3rd, 2021

and Friday August 6th, 2021, at the Harrow Research & Development Centre

located at 2585 Essex County Road 20, N0R 1G0.

Due to the COVID-19 pandemic, site visits will be by appointment only.

Bidders must contact Mark Beens at mark.beens@canada.ca, at least 2 days in

advance, to determine the time and day of the appointment.
