Description of the Requirement:

This bid solicitation is being issued to satisfy the requirement of Agriculture and Agri-Food Canada for the provision of Task and Solutions Professional Services. An Impact Assessment of FPT Cost-shared Environmental Programming is required.

Agriculture and Agri-Food Canada’s (AAFC) Office of Audit and Evaluation (OAE), is conducting an impact assessment of FPT cost-shared environmental programming delivered under the Canadian Agricultural Partnership. This study is intended to demonstrate impacts of programming on program outcomes. This advisory study is intended to support an evaluation of AAFC’s suite of FPT Cost-Shared Programming, and to inform discussions regarding the Next Policy Framework.
