Objectives of the Requirement

The Contractor will ensure the Canadian Coast Guard College student population has access to immediate confidential, bilingual, mobile mental health counselling and support services, with no wait times. This service will include twenty-four (24) hour emergency access for all students. These services will be customized to specifically address the needs of the student population, regardless of what stage of the training program each student is in. In other words, this contract must ensure services are available whether the student is currently training at sea, off-campus or at the College facilities, in the student’s official language of choice.
