  Description of Work:

  The Royal Canadian Mounted Police (RCMP) requires the services of one (1) Business Process Re-engineer, Senior, on an “as and when required” basis, who is fully versed in the use of PeopleSoft and with Human Resources Functions, to undertake activities related to various HR-to-Pay initiatives at the RCMP including HR and pay system modernization and Phoenix stabilization.

• Bidders may submit a bid for one resource

• The work is currently being performed by a contracted resource

• The work is currently being performed by VCAN Group Inc. under contract 7221392 (value $1,015,180 + applicable taxes)

Minimum Resource Security Required: RCMP Enhanced Reliability Status Clearance is required as per the SRCL of the solicitation.
