    Nature of Requirements:

    The following is a summary of the statement of work for this requirement.

    The Correctional Service Canada has a requirement to for the Annual Flow Tests and Maintenance on our Self Contained Breathing Apparatus (SCBA). In addition, we require the Annual Maintenance on our J-Mar Breathable Air Compressor and Semi – Annual Air Purity Analysis at Stony Mountain Institution.

    Objectives:

    • Stony Mountain Institution requires the annual flow tests and maintenance on SCBA’s.

    • Stony Mountain Institution requires the annual maintenance on J-Mar Breathable Air compressor

    • Semi-annual Air Sample Tests.

    Deliverables:

    a. Provide one Computer Report indicating particulars on each SCBA and J-Mar breathable air compressor as stated above in “Tasks” and give to Project Authority within 15 days of inspection

    b. Provide one purity analysis stated above in “Tasks” and give to Project Authority within 48 hours of inspection

    c. Within 30 days of completing the inspection, the Contractor will provide pricing to repair deficiencies to the Project Authority. Once approved by the Project Authority, repairs are to be completed by Contractor.

    Period of the Contract: The Work is to be performed during the period of April 1 2022 to March 31, 2027.
