Swift Current Research and Development Centre – Growth Chamber Controller Upgrades
Sealed tenders will be received by the Senior Procurement Officer, AAFC until 2:00 p.m., local Regina time, Tuesday, September 28, 2021, for the Agriculture and Agri-Food Canada, Swift Current Research and Development Centre, Swift Current, SK, Contract No. 48– Growth Chamber Controller Upgrades. The work generally consists of the supply of all labour, equipment and materials to supply and install twelve (12) upgraded Conviron growth cabinet controllers. The work will include the removal of existing Conviron Model CMP4030 controllers and components and the installation of new Conviron Model CMP6060 controllers. The growth chamber controllers will be tied into the existing building management system. All work to be performed by a Conviron-certified installer at the Swift Current Research and Development Centre, Airport Road, Swift Current, Saskatchewan.
Non-Mandatory Site Visit
There will be a non-mandatory site visit on September 9, 2021 at 10:00 AM CST. Interested bidders are to meet at the Swift Current Research and Development Centre.
Please be advised that there will be a limit of two (2) representatives per bidder attending the site visit. Bidders are requested to RSVP to the site contact, Ken Frohlich, Facilities Manager, (306-770-4407 or ken.frohlich@canada.ca) by September 8, 2021 at 12:00 PM MDT. Should there be sufficient interest in site visit attendance, AAFC may assign time slots to bidders in an effort to maintain social distancing protocols.
In accordance with federal health regulations, interested bidders must be symptom free, wear a face mask and disposable gloves and observe social distancing from others on site.

Bids submitted by email directly to the Contracting Authority or to any email address other than aafc.wscprocurement-csoapprovisionnement.aac@canada.ca may not be accepted.
