NOTICE OF PROPOSED PROCUREMENT (NPP)

Description:

Full construction services to satisfy the renovation of approximately 170m2 of interior space in the F Division

Headquarters Building.

• Scope of work is comprised of; demolition of existing walls, demolition of carpet, removal of ceiling tile and relocation of existing door and frame, new interior walls/in/ills, new exterior wall insulation, new acoustic ceiling tile, new carpet and rubber base, new doors and frames, paint and mil/work.
• Selective electrical to include new rough·in and wiring, supply and install lighting, complete control modifications, rough in for security devices, hook up for new office furniture (provided by others) as required to suit new layout.
• Selective mechanical to include; sprinkler modifications, revisions to ductwork and exhaust systems, new supply air diffusers, grilles and exhaust fan to suit new layout.

The Contractor must perform and complete the Work by May 31^st , 2022.

This is a first phase (Phase one) of a two-phase competition: the first phase will pre-qualify bidders based on mandatory requirements as per the attached Request for Qualifications; second phase (Phase two) will invite the qualified bidders to provide a financial bid on the project based on the specifications and drawings. The list of pre-qualified bidders resulting from Phase One will be valid for a period of 60 days upon notification of meeting the mandatory requirements or upon award of contract in Phase Two whichever comes first. 

No further Request for Qualifications will be published for this solicitation.

There is a security requirement associated with the requirement.
