Description of the Requirement:

The Assistant Commissioner, Western Region at the Canada Revenue Agency (CRA) is seeking a contractor to provide a thorough and objective analysis of potential critical issues and employee concerns within the Vancouver Tax Service Office (TSO), and to gain an overall organizational perspective of possible problems and sources of conflict. The services to be provided by the contractor will offer an opportunity to enhance all parties’ awareness of issues that may contribute to workplace conflict, to improve morale, empower employees and facilitate acceptance and collective commitment to positive change.

Contract Period And Contract Extension Options:

The Contract period will be 6 months from the date of contract award. The Contract will include two irrevocable options to extend the term of the contract for up to two additional two -month period. Options will be exercised in time only.
