The Strategic Medical Countermeasures Program on behalf of the Canadian Forces Health Services Group, has a requirement for Doxycycline Hyclate for injection, 100mg, for the treatment of Canadian Armed Forces (CAF) members who may have been exposed to bacterial biological warfare agents to be delivered to Petawawa, Ontario.

The initial purchase is for 15,120 vials to be delivered within 12 weeks of contract award and no later than 31-March-2022. There are three (3) additional optional purchases of 15,120 vials per year to maintain the stockpile. The total quantities requested is 60,480 vials over the validity of the contract.
