The Department of National Defence’s (DND) Directorate Soldier Systems Program Management (DSSPM) has a requirement for a National Individual Standing Offer (NISO) to purchase quantities of non-developmental, commercial off-the-shelf (COTS) interim temperate weather boots .

Call-ups will be issued on an as and when requested basis for a period of 24 months with a potential 12 months extension.

Delivery is to be made to Canadian Forces Supply Depots (Montreal, QC or Edmonton, AB) as specified in each individual Call-Up document.

The Crown retains the rights to negotiate with suppliers on any procurement.
