Description of Work:
There is a demand for a team of Facilitator Consultants for the remainder of Fiscal Year 2021-2022, and to draft a Best Practices Guide for Industry/Government co-development of regulations.
The Contractor is required to provide virtual web conference facilitation services for Task Team meetings with the goal of guiding the groups to propose recommendations to bring back to the SRMWG. The contractor is responsible for stimulating a constructive and clear exchange of ideas among the members and promoting feedback to ensure that stakeholders participate equitably in this process and all views are considered amongst the competing voices. There will be significant input and discussion on recommendations and approaches to be taken into consideration. The facilitator is to manage any conflicts that arise and ensure that all stakeholder representatives are heard.
This contract requires an experienced supplier with the capacity to work with multiple Task Teams and to draft a Best Practices Guide concurrently.
Six (6) Facilitation Consultants will be required; Three (3) Senior Consultants with extensive knowledge and experience in facilitation, moderating group discussions, and building consensus and Three (3) Junior Consultants with general agriculture knowledge to support the Senior Consultant.
