Kitchen Trailer

REQUIREMENT:

The Department of National Defence has a requirement for the supply and delivery of Kitchen Trailers. This procurement process is intended to result in the acquisition of four (4) trailers with an optional quantity available to National Defence for a period of up to twelve (12) months after contract award. The equipment being bid in this requirement must fully comply with the Technical Specifications within the Request for Proposal solicitation document.

DELIVERY DATE & PERIOD OF THE CONTRACT:

The deliverables are required no later than October 1^st, 2022.

The contract options will be available to National Defence for up to twelve (12) months after contract award.

BID CLOSE DATE:

Bids must be submitted by email before the bid close time of January 5^th, 2020 @ 2:00 PM EST. Bids must only be submitted to the Contracting Authority at the following address:

APPLICABLE INFORMATION :

The requirement is subject to a preference for Canadian goods and/or services.

The Crown retains the rights to negotiate with suppliers on any procurement.

Documents may be submitted in either official language of Canada.
