The Royal Canadian Mounted Police (RCMP) has a requirement for a firm quantity of 410 pair of Boots, Tactical, Safety in accordance with RCMP Purchase Description PD-PC-21 dated 2021-10-28.
The requirement includes three (3) options of 150 Boots, Tactical, Safety each that can be exercised within twenty-four (24), thirty-six (36) months and forty-eight (48) months of contract award, respectively.
The requirement also includes special stock quantities “as and when requested” (made-to-measure sizes) of Boots, Tactical, Safety, which can be ordered within 48 months of contract award.
The Purchase Description can be found attached to the Request for Proposal (RFP).
This requirement is subject to the Canadian Free Trade Agreement (CFTA).
This requirement is conditionally limited to Canadian Goods (See CFTA, Article 503, paragraph 4).
Basis of selection:
A bid must comply with the requirements of the bid solicitation and meet all mandatory technical criteria to be declared responsive. The responsive bid with the lowest evaluated price will be recommended for award of a contract (1 contract only).
