The Chief Information Management Branch (CIOB) of The Department of Canadian Heritage (PCH) is responsible for providing a broad range of Information Management/Information Technology (IM/IT) Services within the department. These services include business analysis, architecture, project management, change management, Information Technology Security, application development and data management. CIOB has a requirement for Information Management/Information Technology (IM/IT) professional services, on an as-and-when-requested basis.
The objective of the contract is to secure the services of project management, business analysis and change management resources as required. They must support a broad range of projects as well as a portfolio departmental initiatives and smaller-scale projects.
Some of these projects include strengthening Information Management (IM) Practices, accessible Information and Communication Technology (ICT), implementation of Digital Workspace, migration of PCH application portfolio to cloud-based solutions, expanded use of data analytics to strengthen performance management and reporting, etc.
