File Number: W8486-217783/A NOTICE OF PROPOSED PROCUREMENT R&O MP Police Outfitting The Contractor must provide Repair and Overhaul services of a licensed contractor to install Policing Equipment on new vehicle. The removal of equipment is referring to decommissioning vehicles to have items removed from old vehicles items such as emergency equipment, safety equipment, communications equipment and police markings, on Military Police (MP) vehicles in accordance with the Requirement at Annex "A" – Statement of Work, dated December 08, 2021. DND currently has a fleet across Canada. The work under this requirement will be carried out for a period of three (3) years from the effective date of the contract with an option to extend the contract for two (2) additional periods of one (1) year. The Crown retains the rights to negotiate with suppliers on any procurement. Documents may be submitted in either official language of Canada.
