Smoke Generator

The requirement, which is for the supply of Smoke Generators, (hereinafter referred to as a “Smoke Pot – 3 Minute White”, or as a “Smoke Pot”) will be used in fire fighter training as wind drift indicators, and for testing of ventilation systems. This procurement is a regular replenishment of DND’s training equipment inventory.

Quantity: 10,000 units

Unit of Issue: Each

Delivery Locations: 5,000 units will be deliverable to Canadian Forces Ammunition Depot (CFAD) Dundurn - Dundurn, Saskatchewan,

5,000 units will be deliverable to CFAD Angus - Milton, Ontario

Required Delivery: 01 March 2023

There are no security requirements associated with this procurement. 

2. Controlled Goods

This procurement is not subject to the Controlled Goods Program.

3. Trade Agreements

This procurement is subject to the provisions of the Canadian Free Trade Agreement (CFTA).

4. Federal Contractors Program

The Federal Contractors Program (FCP) for employment equity applies to this procurement.
