Background:
Description:
Elections Canada requires the acquisition of electoral material, specifically the production of a custom size box, made in single wall corrugated cardboard, with printed text on each end panel. Strapped in bundle of 25’s.
The Contract, including the SOW, outlines the specific goods and services that will be required by Elections Canada.
Period of the Contract:
The Contract period will be from the Effective Date of the Contract to December 31, 2024.
Evaluation Methodology:
Proposals will be evaluated in the following progressive stages:
Phase 1 – Mandatory Technical Evaluation
Phase 2 – Financial Evaluation
Phase 3 – Determination of Highest Ranked Bidder
Bidders who fail to achieve the requirements specified in the RFP for Phases 1 or 2 will be deemed non-responsive and given no further consideration.
The proposal declared responsive in Phases 1 and 2 with the lowest evaluated price will be considered for award of a contract.

Bidders must refer to section 2 of the RFP for submission of proposal instructions.
All enquiries and other communication with Elections Canada officials are to be directed ONLY to the Contracting Authority. The Contracting Authority will be the bidder’s primary contact. All requests for information must be directed to this contact. Bidders who contact anyone other than the Contracting Authority may be disqualified. All enquiries must be submitted in writing to proposition-proposal@elections.ca no later than 10 calendar days before the RFP closing date. Enquiries received after that time may not be answered.

Documents may be submitted in either official language of Canada.
