Janitorial Services – RCMP The Pas Detachment

The Royal Canadian Mounted Police (RCMP) requires all labour, materials, equipment, transportation and daily site supervision necessary to provide janitorial services in accordance with the Invitation to Tender and Annex “A” - Janitorial Services, for the Royal Canadian Mounted Police (RCMP) The Pas, Manitoba during the period of the contract. Cleaning will be required 5 days a week. Work Schedule of the cleaning staff are to be determined by the Contractor and the Royal Canadian Mounted Police (RCMP) Site Authority upon contract award.

The contract period will be for two years from the date of contract with an irrevocable option to extend it for up to two additional one-year periods.

Basis of selection: A bid must comply with all requirements of the bid solicitation to be declared responsive. The responsive bid with the lowest evaluated price will be recommended for award of a contract.

Tenders must be submitted to the RCMP Bid Receiving Unit as per page one of the Invitation to Tender (I.T.T.).

The Crown retains the right to negotiate with any supplier on any procurement.

Documents may be submitted in either official language of Canada.

The RCMP has adopted the Integrity Regime administered by Public Services and Procurement Canada. As a result, the integrity provisions are being applied in RCMP contracting activities as outlined in this solicitation.
